The VTP series vertical turbine pump is a single suction and multi-stage vertical guide vane water pump, which adopts mixed flow and centrifugal impellers, and is matched with high-performance self-lubricating water guide bearings, with a long service life. It can be used with a corner gearbox and can be driven by a diesel engine. The underwater length can be customized according to user requirements. This series of vertical turbine long shaft pumps is an advanced and mature long shaft pump series product developed by absorbing advanced experience in the design and manufacturing of vertical long shaft pumps at home and abroad, and combining with domestic market demand. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, reliable operation, fast start, compact structure, and small footprint. It is suitable for conveying clean water, rainwater, seawater and other media in industries such as electricity, metallurgy, firefighting, mining, steel, and municipal engineering. Usage conditions
1. During the operation of the water pump, a certain submergence depth must be ensured, and the minimum submergence depth value can be found in the pump's safety installation dimension diagram.
2. Water should not contain any oily substances.
3. Water should not contain excessive corrosive minerals.
4. The sand content in water shall not exceed 0.01% by weight.
The pH value of water should be between 6.5 and 8.5, and special customization is required if it exceeds this range.
6. The well should be upright.

Driver type
The VTP series vertical turbine pump has four driving forms: 1) directly driven by a regular vertical motor; Ii) Directly driven by a vertical hollow shaft motor; Iii) Equipped with diesel engines or steam turbines for variable speed drive through a right angle gearbox; IV) Equipped with a horizontal motor and driven by a right angle gearbox for variable speed.

The pump equipment mainly consists of three parts: pump body components, lifting pipe components, and pump seat components. The first two parts are located underground, and the pump seat part is located above the well.
VTP vertical turbine long shaft pumps are divided into the following four products based on impeller type and driving mode:
1. LC type single stage or multi-stage centrifugal pump or mixed flow pump (corresponding to API 610 VS1 pump) for high head, where the vertical multi-stage guide vane centrifugal pump can be extended to a vertical cylindrical bag pump (corresponding to API 610 VS6 pump).
2. HLB (K) single stage mixed flow pump (oblique flow pump) for high flow rate and medium head.
3. ZLB single stage axial flow pump (corresponding to API 610 VS3 pump) for high flow rate and low head.

Structural characteristics

◆The external connecting pipe and guide vane body are both connected by flanges and positioned with a stop, which is convenient for assembly and disassembly during maintenance.
◆The external connecting pipe with stop positioning has low cost, convenient maintenance, and fewer malfunctions.
◆The transmission shafts are connected by key type couplings for easy maintenance.
◆When pumping media with particulate matter, a closed transmission shaft design with protective tubes can be used, and external flushing water can be used to flush the guide bearings, suitable for pumping corrosive and abrasive media.
◆There are various bearing materials available for selection, such as rubber, dragon, carbon fiber, ceramics, etc.
◆The replaceable shaft sleeve surface has been hardened to extend its lifespan.
