A new rotating filter screen flushing system for suspended semi submersible vertical turbine pump

A new type of rotating filter screen flushing system for suspended semi submersible vertical turbine pumps, comprising four sets of rotating filters, flushing main pipes, three flushing pumps, and flushing pump water intake pipes. The flushing pump is a single-stage centrifugal pump, and the four sets of rotating filters are respectively connected to the flushing main pipes. The water outlets of the three flushing pumps are respectively connected to the flushing main pipes, and the water inlets are respectively connected to the flushing pump water intake pipes. The circulating water pressure main pipes after the outlet of the circulating water pumps of the two units in the same unit are respectively connected to the flushing pump water intake pipes. This technical method solves the problem of frequent failures in the self-priming vertical multi-stage suspended semi submersible vertical turbine pump of the existing rotating filter screen flushing system, ensuring the safe, stable, and economical operation of the rotating filter screen, circulating water pump, and generator set. It is mainly used as a supporting equipment for power plant units.
